Free Shipping Policy
FREE Standard shipping Australia Wide on all orders
- All orders received will be dispatched on the next business day while some orders may dispatched on the same day.
- Orders are usually delivered within 2 - 10 working days.
- Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If the parcel is undeliverable a calling card will be left with information of how to collect your parcel or arange redelivery.
- If the delivery by the carrier to the post address are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to elinens. In such cases the customer is liable to the forward shipping cost which will be deducted from the refund.

- The Free Shipping does not apply to items in the Clearance Category which can be picked up by local buyers or offered to local buyers for Free Shipping only. The buyer whose delivery address is out of Sydney Metro area, will be charged a discounted postage $6.95 per item in the Clearanve Category.
- The Free Shipping does not applied to the items that are priced under $10
